What are you feeling? Here’s a word list to help you decide.

In a recent post I described how important it is to be able to identify and describe how you feel. I know this is hard for some people so I’ve compiled this list of emotional adjectives so you can scan it and see if it helps gives a name to how you’re feeling.

Mostly we need help describing our negative emotions, but I’ve included some happy ones too—and I hope you get to use them a lot!

(Thank you, Mirriam-Webster app on my iPhone.)
